Nilüfer Günhan is a visionary and consistent leader in the auto financing sector with more than 20 years of experience and has contributed to the establishment of many successful companies in the automotive and auto finance sector, such as the Volkswagen Group importer and captive finance in Turkey.
Nilüfer joined Abdul Latif Jameel as CEO of ALJ Finans, Turkey during which she has carried the company’s position from a newborn company to a market leader in digital innovation. The digital success stories have brought several international industry awards to ALJ Finans. She has also assumed roles of Chairwoman of the Consumer Finance Sector Association and was a Member of the Board of Directors of the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Association in Turkey between 2012–2018.
She was honored with “Turkey’s Most Powerful 50 Women CEO Award” organized by Capital and Economist Magazines in 2018.
