Sundar Krishnan awarded the ‘Excellence in Finance Leaders’ award at FiNext Conference Dubai 2020

Dubai 2020. Sundar Krishnan is the President at CFM Asset Reconstruction Private Limited.

In his current role, Sundar is responsible for handling the entire operations of the ARC including acquisition, resolution, operation, handling NCLT cases, compliance, fundraising, relationship management with banks, NBFCs, investors, clients, and borrowers.

Sundar has a degree of MBA (Finance) from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu and M.Com from the University of Madras, Chennai.

He is a result-oriented professional with 16 years of experience in the areas of project financing, credit appraisal & credit administration and 13 years of experience in the asset reconstruction industry including acquisition & resolution, operation, compliance & fundraising in the distressed assets space. His expertise in identifying opportunities for investment in distressed assets including due diligence of portfolios of distressed assets of banks/institutions for the purpose of the acquisition is valued in the industry.
